We have broad experience filing for international protection by utilizing the filing mechanism under the Madrid Protocol offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which permits a streamlined far-reaching filing approach within the member Madrid Protocol countries. And if clients want to register in countries that are not Madrid Protocol members, we will work with our trusted source of foreign attorneys to handle national filings in those countries.

For Internationally-based Operations:

We can assist if you receive an Office Action from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) related to your Madrid International Registration for your trademark or logo. Or, we can easily file a national trademark application directly with the USPTO. Either way, we will see your trademark through to registration quickly, easily and on a cost effective basis.
